The item wasn't shipped in a cardboard outer protector box with foam or even packed it right. It was smashed by FedEx by the time it came to me and was unserviceable. I sent it back and felt like the seller didn't care enough for what they sold just by the lack of care in shipping it. I just hope they are honoring the return policy and I get my money back in three days. This whole experience was very disappointing and should had never happened. I'm out the product and loss of time now.
