You really need to be honest with your buyers. Seller made a label but never delivered it to the U.S. Post office and after 10 days of excuses and reasons eBay had to step in to get my money back. Listed as U.S. Seller but is actually in China. Claimed to have a warehouse here but I doubt it. You really earned a Negative feed back. Don't offer items for sale when you don't have it in stock here in America. Tracking still shows this was never dropped off - Be honest !

I guarantee that our product is shipped from a warehouse in the United States. I explained to the buyer from the beginning that the logistics provider informed me that there was an abnormality with this package. I informed the buyer whether he needed to resend or receive a refund. The buyer chose to receive a refund, and I have completed the refund. We have sold many of these products, and there has been almost no such feedback. Sorry for the bad shopping experience caused to the buyer.
