The boots were described as new without box, but they arrived clearly worn. The soles had damage, there was a scuff on one boot and the toe breaks were aggressively creased. I couldn’t tell from the listing photos. When I reached out to the seller, the reiterated that “the boots are new,” and offered me $10 refund or a return. $10 off was ok, but how about just don’t lie and say something is new when it’s not. The burden of returning them seemed too annoying to justify.
