Worst experience with an eBay seller ever. Glasses came in an oversized very weak carboard box with no filler and no glasses case. Box and GLasses arrived mangled. Seller kept replying I should file a claim with usps, not accepting responsibility. Had to open an eBay case to finally get a refund. One of three messages from them: "we ship over a hundred every week in the same manner with no complaints. You chose the cheapest shipping option." Shipping has nothing to do with seller's packaging!

We shipped in a cardboard box with bubble wrap.i don't know what else im suppose to do
