Absolute PAINFUL! Courier delivered to WRONG address and left outside premises next to public footpath all day, deemed to be "safe place". Photo from courier showed wrong address vs photo I sent what the correct address looks like - courier company ghosted me. The wrong address owner has NO knowledge or seen the package! Seller wants buyers to seek compensation directly with courier company as a rule (ie legally), as seller stated cannot seek compensatie due policy. Open case with eBay.
