They couldn’t find the product purchased, something else was in its place, they found out immediately and initiated a refund and notified me right away. Through no fault of Winter Coins, the coin was lost in transit. Throughout the entire process they were communicative and issued a refund when it was apparent it wasn't going to arrive. It finally *did* arrive and it is exactly as described. (Now to navigate the eBay system to figure out how to pay for it!) You learn how good a seller is when things go wrong, and Winter Coins was superb!
