Please refrain from purchasing from this seller as they engage in unethical practices.
I placed an order with them on March 17th, 2024, and later they informed me that my parcel would be returned due to local customs issues.
They are now delaying the refund process, leaving me no option but to leave this negative feedback.
Keep the money, I will escalate this matter with eBay as I’m protected under the long distance consumer act laws.
Your customer service is atrocious.

sorry for the delayed reply because of time difference between our 2 countries , when you sent us the message it was night in my country. as you know shipping is also out of our control, but once we know the problem , we have suggested full refund for you, as you know we also lost much for this order because the item was lost and we also suggested full refund for you early, hope you can be a good man and be mercy before left negative feedback
