I'm really not happy with this seller. He has sent me a laptop without the power pack lead,how can I charge it up. Will never use this seller again

Apologise though it could happen for any new products. I contacted the manufacture, got the power adapter, and sent it to you immediately - the same delivery address as the laptop but unfortunately," the recipient refused to accept it. It will now be returned to the sender". For whatever the reason, I'm happy to resend it to your home address at my cost.
As promised, full refund if the delivery fails again. Your money is guaranteed but I do apologise for the inconvenience. and waste of time.
