About this product

Product Information

The more technology changes and evolves, the more wistful and nostalgic you may become for vintage cameras and film. If you love using your old Polaroid camera and still want to capture treasured images in a classic form, you’ll appreciate the professional-grade FujiFilm FP-100C Instant Color Film. FujiFilm instant film works with a number of cameras from top manufacturers. Instead of waiting to develop your shots, you can instantly see the prints. When you have your camera loaded with this film, you can leave your digital technology at home. The FujiFilm FP-100C Instant Color Film for professionals is 85 millimeters by 108 millimeters. This size works with all leading Polaroid camera models. Capture your shot, and pull the developing photo out of the front of the camera. The peel-apart design ensures that your photographs have the right exposure to the light before you view them. Peel or remove the top sheet of paper to view the final image. This product has been discontinued by FujiFilm, making it more desirable than ever for nostalgic photographers who are interested in that vintage look and feel. Though FujiFilm stopped producing this film, photographers and camera enthusiasts will appreciate still being able to find what they need to work with their cameras. The FP-100C instant color film has an ISO rating of 100. This refers to its light sensitivity. A lower rating means that it has a lower light sensitivity. The ISO rating can also relate to the graininess of the finished product. With a 100 rating, your instant images will have higher production values with less graininess and sharper contrasts. Each FujiFilm pack comes with enough paper for capturing 10 images. You will have enough to test your shots before taking a final image. As FP-100C has a rich color saturation, you may notice crisper and sharper images. Each set is suitable for a professional shoot or a family photo. The beautiful colors you want to see will come across on each image. This film also does a good job of capturing both lighter and darker spots. You can use it with an attached flash or in lower light conditions.Another great feature of the FP-100C color film is that it works in a wide range of temperatures. The temperature inside or outside shouldn't damage the Fuji paper. You can store it in a box in your home, garage, or car. Some enthusiasts even prefer to store it in a refrigerator to keep it cold. Photography buffs around the world know about products put out by FujiFilm. This well-known company in Japan has a strong reputation for items like the FP-100C film. This type of film will work well in many different types of cameras, just if they accept film of this size. Whether you are a collector of old cameras or a nostalgic photographer, your creative endeavors can really shine when you use this instant color film. Capture memories that will last a lifetime and prints that you can share instantly with others.

Wonderful instant color prints are very gratifying

With an ISO 100 you get very fine grain for super sharp prints. The color is very accurate and the finish is glossy. If you enjoy the outstanding ability to make and enjoy a fine color print in 90 seconds this product is excellent. This film pack works perfectly with my Polaroid camera. Light your subject well and your color prints will be great.

  • I love this Film

If you have an old polaroid land camera that takesType 100 packfilm (examples include automatic models 250, 340, 450 or the pro manual models 180/195 types), this film will work great with a bit of tweaking: 1. On the automatic models you only have ISO 75 or 150 that is close to the actual ISO of the film (100) so you will have to adjust the lighten/darken control a little on the camera to compensate. 2. The springs and timeres on the back of some polaroids may make it tough to get the first couple of shots out. You can loosen the springs or just open the back door a little on the first shots to relieve the pressure. This also works in Fuji's own cameras like the Fotorama Fp-1. Some people use a warming filter as colours are a bit cool - I like it that way or adjust after scanning.

  • Fuji FP 100c color film is the alternative to digital photography.

Fuji's FP-100c is the film that is used in Polaroid cameras that require pack film, the peel apart type. The daylight balanced film is sharp and the colors are accurate. Development times are printed on every pull tab. I have had no exposure or development issues. If you are looking for great photographs use this film. The images are not as "dreamy" as Polaroid brand films but in a side by side comparison I generally prefer Fuji film. In addition to the photograph, a negative can be had by a technique described online. Each pack contains 10 photos. The cost is reasonable.

  • Great film but snug fit in older Polaroids.

Excellent film for use in the many "100" -class polaroid folding cameras that use 10 exposure pack film. However, users should know that the plastic film pack is just a little deeper than the original metal polaroid film packs. The film pack fits very snugly when the film loading door is closed, requiring a very strong grip and pull of the white index tab and print film tabs to draw the film through the development rollers. Take care not to rip off the tabs. Some people say they click open the film loading door just a smidge before pulling the tab and then close the door tight again. I just take a firm grip on the tab and pull forcefully straight through. The color quality and sharpness of the film is excellent though and breathes new life in those wonderful old polaroid pack ...

  • Wonderful, versatile product! Buy some and spread your artistic wings.

I love this film and use it on my Zero 4x5 Pinhole camera and my Polaroid 203 MiniPortrait Camera. A very retro look and feel. My parents had a Polaroid land camera in the 60s and this really takes me back. The negatives can be retrieved and scanned for post processing with your favorite image manipulation program. I do some emulsion transfers and love this film for that. I hope Fuji doesn't discontinue this like the FP-3000B B&W. Buy some of this and and old Polaroid land camera (I love the 250 and 350). Support this film, get a feel for yesteryear and experiment with some down and dirty photographic techniques. You can find all sorts of help and inspiration on the web.
