    It's actually like a sheet. I thought it would be thicker or bumpy. But it's not. I put another fitted sheet over the top, but i don't think it's as effective if you do that if at all. I'm still yet to test its earthing ability with an altimeter. I slept 2 nights on it. I'm not sure if i feel much different. I think if it tests well it's with getting the fitted version because the flat sheet won't stay still on the bed.
