I paid for a new, unopened 2.5 oz bottle of Eau De Cologne from Shalimar, as advertised. Instead the seller delivered a torn open box with a seemingly full bottle but since it was open and not new I could not determine how much had been used, or if had been used then diluted to appear full. After multiple weeks and emails to resolve, seller failed to provided agreed to replacement.
