The buyer claimed units were missing despite shipping the total quantity in five boxes, each labeled with the total amount. When asked how they received them, the buyer didn't respond, only asked for IMEI numbers. Given the low cost per unit ($8), it's uncommon business practice to request such details. We offered to resend the "missing units," but received no reply
