The listing of this product has contradictions. Not 4 day posting. Purchase status unchanged for 5 days. Initial message-no response. Second message asking again when item will be posted, with request for refund if they could not post, was answered. Communication was difficult. When marked as posted, order details stated 'priority letter with tracking' Asked for tracking info. Said they would, but did not. There was no tracking information on the envelope when purchase arrived. Book new.
