3 for the price of 1!!!!
I mainly purchased this DVD to replace a defective copy of a standalone "Godzilla vs Kong" I had. When I saw the price of the 3movies for one low price, I couldn't resist. Although I'd seen most of the previous Monsterverse movies before, I wasn't about to let that stand in the way of a bargain. Well, that and the fact that my Godzilla/Kong DVD just up & died on me (in the middle of the movie, no less). Long story short, this movie arrived only a few days after I ordered it and I was able to finish watching Godzilla versus Kong with no issues. I'll go back and watch all 3 movies in sequence one day, but I was glad to be able to enjoy a trouble-free viewing of Godzilla versus Kong. I'll probably order the first Legendary Godzilla movie just to have all 4 in my collection. As I said ... I have seen all of these movies alone, and really love Skull Island, wow what a ride, and they don't over do the Kong scenes. I then found this new box set (3 seperate discs) with Godzilla King of the Monsters which is really awesome, titans crawling from mountains, and monster Zero etc. The Kong vs. Godzilla film which I think is ok, is included as well. I found this new set for $11, these movies have considerable replay value, so it's quite a good deal. Great movie bundle for watching kaiju fights. There's a lot more of Godzilla in both King of Monsters and the Godzilla vs. Kong movies compared the first Godzilla movie for the cinematic Monsterverse. Even better with Kong. His presence is throughout both movies. And the fights are pretty epic!
