This item was damaged when I received it. When I contacted the seller I was offered a refund of £5 on an item that cost £34.99! I refused this and asked for a full refund. The seller asked if they could send a replacement instead, which I agreed to. However, it is now more than 4 weeks since they agreed to send a replacement and it hasn’t arrived, so I am now requesting a full refund.
