Product was packaged folded not rolled as shown in ebay picture which left permanent creases in the mirror that could not be removed. This made the product useless as a mirror which we had to remove and throw out. On contacting the seller they offered a 30% refund which we accepted, but I advise future purchasers to not purchase until seller can package & send the product suitably.
