The item arrived quickly, but had some damage in an area that doesn't seem to affect its use. This damage had to be present before it was posted based on where it was. Also the eBay post about it says it only needs water on the stones for sharpening, but the included instructions say it needs Honing Oil, and the seller hasn't told me which it actually is despite reaching out to them. Considering that the item was a gift this is rather embarrassing.

To be honest, I expected the pack to contain two heat mats, based on the picture showing not one, but two items. I understand now that I could select a pack of two items thus changing the price per item and also purchase multiple packs for further discounts. The description could be clearer about the pack options.

Seat was shipped fast and as described in photos.
Communication was pleasant. Unfortunately the seat arrived damaged. Sender offered 10% discount offering the item was damaged during shipping/transit. Unable to know, I advised to save for future customer disappointment to change their packaging and accepted the $6.93 partial refund.
