The purchase went smoothly. Strangely though the sweater never arrived, the label from the package was in an envelope sent by USPS. I contacted Jack's Wares to let him know that someone stole the sweater. He responded immediately and refunded the purchase. Thank you for your prompt response and your graciousness!
