I messaged the seller on the 22nd and asked if she planned on shipping them out and she assured me they would be in the mail the next day. I messaged her again today and she got very rude with me and claimed she shipped it out 10 days ago but it’s only been 4 days since she claimed she was going to ship it. I expressed many times that I needed my order ASAP.

Item was lost in the mail. I ship multiple sets of these blades every month and I got confused on the dates when she ask, so I ended up with a negative feedback. Buyer was fully refunded. I do hate that the item was lost in the mail, but I have no control over that. I am actually the looser here. I paid for the packaging, the label and lost my item. Then I get a undeserved negative feedback. Please reconsider the feedback as it is truly unfair.
