Item came in damaged. The container is completely smashed. Item wasn’t protected yet they tried to put the blame on the post office. they said if I sent back they’d replace it. Not good enough. Who has time for that? It’s a $7 item & I need it faster. They didn’t want to replace it asap so I’m very disappointed with this seller. Now I have to take time to get one at the retail store.

I am so very sorry for your experience in the 25 years as a mail carrier and a seller on ebay I have never seen a package damaged that badly I wanted the package returned so I could show the post office how pkgs were being handled not only for me but for every buyer and seller who is having trouble with packages handled abusively by post office. unfortunately i did not have another in stock to send you.
