Unfortunately I have never received the item. I believe it is about the courier and not the seller. I went downstairs to check the item 10-15 minutes after I received a delievered message. Item was not there. In a similar previous incident the courier had left my 1000dollar worth laptop outside of the building block, a publicly accessable place without ringing the bell even once. I was lucky that day, and could get the laptop.
