This is a lie. New and sealed product was sent to buyer. I sent a picture of the product before it was sent to buyer showing it was new and sealed. I contacted the buyer once she messaged me. This was a fraudulent attempt by buyer to receive a free product. All cosmetic products sold are sourced from authorised distributors and are all in Brand New condition
