Seller changed price of shipping after auction ended from $20 to $30 (for a book not even going out-of-state!). I almost paid and missed the change. I messaged him requesting he change it back. He did not, sending me an email that said simply "For insurance & shipping & handling" I then had to call in a complaint to eBay and only several days later after receiving numerous demands for payment did I receive an invoice for the original shipping price in the ad. Buyer beware!!!
