Thank you for your assistance in this matter. The item did arrive on the 23/4/24. I sent an email advising to retain the refund. I am still happy to arrange if you desire that. The couriers in this matter lacked communication. No note was left, there was no phone number supplied and the day it was delivered, I was home all day and no person rang the doorbell. The item was simply left on the front verandah. I have given feedback to the supplier, who has been excellent throughout this.
