I needed a heater because I have small kittens that were born prematurely and I need to heat them. Two of them died this weekend. The DX courier, whom we have never seen, didn't even leave a note and we were at home on Thursday, Monday, Tuesday and today. I took time off from work so I could take care of the kittens and wait every day for the courier with Kiasa Heater. DX does not provide any option to collect parcel from the collection point. I am so disapointed of this seller.
