The item was very well packaged, which turned to out to be a small blessing because UPS had a small "crush in" on one side of the box. It was in perfect shape and everything fully functional. So my overall experience with this seller is 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Shipping was fast, and packaging was good. I did however have an issue with the controller it came with, but after messaging the seller about this issue they quickly resolved it with an exchange of the controller.
