    Yes and no

    The price and condition of the dvd was great I have no complants. My only problem is that it was the wrong dvd in the case it was Barbie Fairytopia Mermaidia. Luckily my daughter didnt have it and liked it so I didnt make an issue of it.

    I am not a Barbie person, but my friend and her 2 daughters are.

    I have never touched a plastic Barbie doll, but I guess that most women and their daughters are crazy about anything about Barbie. I read an email that they did receive Barbie in a Mermaid Tale so that is great. Chances are that I will continue buying Barbie movies and never touch one of those Barbie whatever they could be.

    Talent at its best in surfing and an outstanding mermaid fairytale for all

    I purchased this product because my daughter has an interest in ocean animals, the beach and mermaids. We liked how the movie demonstrated as teenagers we are all different with various talents. Story shows how you can use your inner strength to be successful, talented and skillful to achieve outstanding results. Together with friends teamwork on how to solve a puzzle using various clues. This story outlined a talented surfer/mermaid living a double life as a result of her parents being different. "Merliah",had the best of both worlds and can still be happy. What a great story and movie for the whole family. you can translate this story into an actual story
