Impossible to register Sim at Lyca’s website as validation of correct documents is denied (drivers lic or passport). To talk to a human being at Lyca trying to register (if there are any) or chat to a human is nearly impossible. Twice in the phone queue for over an hour and both times got disconnected, because agent claimed not to hear me from a telstra network with 4 bars. In chat the chat froze with same consequences – disconnected. My internet works fine and doesn't have problems.
