Excellent machine which is made more useful by the spare battery - pity it does not have some more tools with it ! Samsung make you choose between a package with an extra battery or tools with their marketing strategy. This would be OK but the extra tools are hard to buy in the UK - but they are readily available for import from the USA. Very annoying. Samsung are making themselves hard to like as someone I will prefer for future purchases - which is a shame because the Vac is OK

Nice on flat surfaces. Stairs are a little awkward, manageable, just a little cumbersome on narrow risers. Perhaps there is a slightly smaller brush head available. Two batteries with this model is a bonus as there is no delay when the battery runs down.

Great product would highly recommend… only 1 issue if you use high power then the battery doesn’t last that long….. but you do get 2 batteries so not that big of an issue.
