Item was NOT new, it was used/open box. Original charger for remote never arrived. Original power plug for the box never arrived, sent me a replacement but was wrong one and remote charger wire replacement was never sent. I found a power plug for the box and a charger wire for the remote and all is good with the box and the remote. They all work properly with no issues. I wish I could give an A+ for the seller but for what I paid it's a mixed bag. Neutral is the best I can give.
