Please refrain from purchasing from this seller as they engage in unethical practices.
I placed an order with them on March 17th, 2024, and later they informed me that my parcel would be returned due to local customs issues.
They are now delaying the refund process, leaving me no option but to leave this negative feedback.
Keep the money, I will escalate this matter with eBay as I’m protected under the long distance consumer act laws.
Your customer service is atrocious.
