Good communication & item arrived on time, thank-you. However, although the item was well packaged, on opening the bubble wrap bag, I found the sealed box that contained the actual serum to be damp, and on further removal of the contents, discovered the screw top bottle to be cracked & leaking. Clearly, the item has been new, unopened & packed appropriately so It would seem that somehow it has been damaged in transit. Better luck next time, hopefully. 🙃
