Battery powered heated socks that did not come with the battery pack that was listed in description. Seller said they made a mistake and battery pack not included and offered $5 then $8 refund or full refund if I pay return freight. Socks with wires hanging out are useless without battery pack, why would I accept part refund? Best of all the love listing still says battery pack included as I write this 31.5.24. Avoid this seller, poor customer service & false advertiser.
