Tripod listed as used but functional. It's missing the quick release plate and the leg clamps are worn and will not hold weight. Seller will not answer message. I'm not looking for a full refund but partial as will cost me to refurbish to use. At the moment it's as useful as an astray on a motorbike.

At no point did the buyer open a case or request a return. A camera plate was not included with the tripod, and was not shown in any pictures or written in the listing. The leg clamps are fully adjustable and when tightened properly, fully support the tripod, which was shown in the listing photos. On the advice of eBay, I was told not to respond to the buyer, and report him, as they felt he was trying to extort money from me.
