Ram arrived well packaged in plastic and bubble wrap. the ram appeared clean and new in its factory packaging. My combination was appropriately priced for the combo I purchased. The RAM runs at the speeds advertised and are recognised fully by the computer they are in, and have so far passed the memtest as good.
