Weight loss made easy by positive and helpful instructions. Well done Paul
Paul McKenna has done it again. The book is full of positive helpful guides to managing your weight. It is easy to follow and all of the techniques have beneficial qualities to everyone no matter what your weight loss problem. His cd has his calm relaxing voice helping you through his instructions and I found it very helpful, relaxing and I came away from it with a very positive attitude towards how I view myself and my weight.
