Seller notes: “This vintage Art Deco antique aqua blue beaded fringe diamond shape silver frame flapper purse ... “This vintage Art Deco antique aqua blue beaded fringe diamond shape silver frame flapper purse dates from 1920. It is made a bright blue aqua color round faceted glass beads covering a blue knit fabric with tiny seed beads looped fringe bottom trim. This beautiful blue beaded handbag flapper girl purse has a diamond shape with a silver plated metal decorative filigree frame, kiss clasp closure on top, a metal chain link strap and is fully lined in a peachy pink silk fabric with woven pink gold metallic trim edging the top inside. The purse measures 6 by 4 1/2 inches, with an additional 3 inch long beaded fringe bottom and 14 inch long chain strap. It is in good condition, with only some slight rust discoloration on the chain link strap (see close-up). This is truly a wonderful piece of beaded purse art.”
