My item was never delivered. It has just been exhausting, message after message they keep asking the same thing and have no idea where the package is, they are asking me to chase it up with the courier but they are just as bad, now they are literally saying they don't know what to do despite me suggesting a refund. Beware buying anything from this seller, it will be a nightmare if it doesn't get delivered, I'll only be buying from sellers who use reputable courier's.

Either stop using Aramex or demand they do what you pay them for. Seller done their part except for choice of courier.
