The game overall didn't age well as far as graphics go but the quality of the game is still great. It's tons of fun with both the original Monopoly game, along with a "quick mode." It comes with mini-games and the chance to unlock unique boards for a different experience. There was some glitches but there could be a myriad of factors as to why it had the glitches. Overall, the glitches didn't take much away from gameplay.

Video quality is really bad but I love the game so much, even thought I think something is wrong with the game it seems like it’s setup to make the computer win

I decided to purchase the game since my granddaughter who is 12 loves the regular board game. Mr. Moneybags, the talking character, is kind of annoying after awhile since he repeats the same phrases non-stop. Getting around to your turn with 4 players can be a bit time consuming so I've learned to play Cubis Gold on my laptop and push the pause button when it's my turn. It does help get the family into one room to interact and during our Monopoly play time there's less t.v. viewing time. I think if they were to put out a revised edition they could definitely work on setting it up to have one player play against a faux player otherwise just have real players play against each other without the faux players to reduce the amount of time it takes to play the game and make it more interesting. Mr. Moneybags could then have a lot more responses instead of the same ones which become doldrum in my books. All in all worth the price, especially if won on an Ebay Auction, if you have a youngster who likes the regular game since there's literally a reduced set up time and no lost game pieces. Oh, and did I mention storing it takes a lot less space. Good family fun!Read full review
Classic MONOPOLY play against an unforgiving Wii computer that will even have Computer players conspire against you! Fantastic! the graphics are a bit weak, but not crucial for this gme to be honest

I really wanted to like this game..I mean, who doesn't love the classic board game? It has its attributes, such as not having to move your game piece (good for us lazy players:) You get to sit in a comfy chair..push buttons & shake your remote (aka:dice) But..then the frustration begins. My family and I have played this several times using the different options available and all I can say is the computer folks always seem to win. It doesn't matter how many properties I (or my family)own, 'cause the computer people are never gonna land on them! Yet, we always land on the computer's properties until we're bankrupt - that is...when we're not sitting in jail! LOL - Those who have played know exactly what I'm talking about here! It almost becomes comical because it's so obvious. Then we all get tired of losing the game repeatedly and it's just not much fun anymore. Some of the same patterns that happen over and over to always allow a computer generated "player" to succeed by leaps and bounds is just a little more than coincidence in my opinion. It's too bad, cause this game could be great fun for the family. I suppose if you have 4 remotes for flesh & blood players, it might be a totally different story, but we only have 2 remotes. I can't honestly recommend this one...unless things suddenly begin to change drastically the longer we play it! Good luck!Read full review
