I received my dishes in perfect condition. They came quickly and each dish was wrapped so well which is the key!! The box also had a fragile label (but I don't think delivery handlers pay attn to that). The seller's communication skillset is not the best but we got the Q & A details worked out. As described. The seller even left me detailed notes on the function of the serger. Thank you. Communication was excellent. Shipping was fast. But it needed to be packaged better as there was no protective shipping box. Only the product packaging(minus the original styrofoam to stop it from being knocked around inside the box), some bubble wrap, and lots of tape. Thankfully it wasn't damaged in shipment and porch pirates didn't see it, because it was in the serger packaging.
