Delivery came fine and was on time and was in good condition.
You need to contact your transport people, as the driver drove in my driveway, took the item and threw it on the stairs in the rain. Any anyone could’ve walked up and picked it up. We pay for delivery, therefore we should get the proper service.  Please look into this as this is not acceptable, especially throwing the item in the rain.

Uhh, 'transport people''. It seems like its your issue, since a few times on your feedback youve mentioned packages 'in the rain'. Looks like YOUR transport people need to be contacted by YOU for a 'proper service', not us. If youre having so many problems, a parcel locker is easy to get and its free , would be great, safe and a dry solution since it appears it suddenly rains on the days your packages are arriving
