I tried to get in contact with the company. PF LOGISTICS no phone number only a email address.
Once the package arrived in Brisbane it was picked up by a company named FREIGHTSTER.
no contact phone number only a email address .all I wanted to know is what time of the day the package was coming so that I could be at home. Read the reviews on both companies.
I would suggest that you change carriers.

Apart from the delivery time as I think it went astray at the couriers end the item is very well packed and appears to be of good quality, not fitted as yet, communications with seller was good regarding delivery problem but with that sorted I am very happy, I would recommend this seller and may update re the item after fitting.
