To be honest, I expected the pack to contain two heat mats, based on the picture showing not one, but two items. I understand now that I could select a pack of two items thus changing the price per item and also purchase multiple packs for further discounts. The description could be clearer about the pack options.

Communication was pleasant. Unfortunately the seat arrived damaged. Sender offered 10% discount offering the item was damaged during shipping/transit. Unable to know, I advised to save for future customer disappointment to change their packaging and accepted the $6.93 partial refund.
