You need the actual wiper blade (this is only the arm/holder) so make sure you purchase that separately. 2. Some videos say you need a special tool to remove.. you don't. If stuck and won't come off, use oscillating saw/small blade to cut a section off old arm.... It comes off easily but don't cut too deep or you will cut into the post/motor you need! Good product and happy with install. Thx !!

After contacting the seller, he investigated with USPS and it was determined they lost the package at some point. Seller was more than helpful and prompt and sent me a new product, free of charge to me! I even offered to pay the shipping and he declined my offer. Product works great and all is well!! :)
