    Purchased on March 8; a mailing label was created on March 10. Then the the tracking number revealed that the item hadn’t moved. I submitted two status requests and they were both ignored. My third request contained the magic word “feedback” and suddenly the package started moving. The vendor blamed the post office. What might have happened was a label was printed, but the item wasn’t taken to the post office. Of course it could be a coincidence. But I won’t use this vendor again.

    Arlo Pro 3 camera system

    Super quality from the 2K cameras. Installation was very easy. The hardest part was running the charge cables to the cameras so they are always in service without ever pulling the batteries. A great feature is the ease of set up with the app. I really like the ability to customize the zones for motion detection so that I get no activations from cats, dogs, etc. I'm told that wasps may be a problem in warm weather. I bought a 3rd camera so all of our entrance doors are covered. $10/month for storing these large 2K files for 30 days is reasonable.

    Great camera

    I did a lot of research about this camera and the only thing that stood out was the battery life. I will tell you right now that the battery length is great, way better then I thought. I was thinking I would have to recharge the battery once every week because people would stay it barley lasted which I couldn’t believe due to how many people bought it and it’s rating overall. I setup my camera on March 31st with about 91% battery life and it’s been 3 weeks and it’s currently on 25% which I think beats all my batter expectations. Granted it is on the recommend setting which will give you the best video quality possible with the best battery life which was perfectly fine for me. Looks like I will need to charge the battery to my wireless came once every month to a month and a half which I’m ...

    The ARLO PRO 3 Camera system with Base Station and 2 Cameras is the best video security system I have ever purchased. I like: - the ease of setting up with wi-fi - the local storage in the Base Station using a MicroSD card so I don't have to rely on the Arlo Cloud storage which is a fee based service - long lasting lithium batteries - easy magnetic charge cables I bought the optional Arlo Solar Panel to install next to the camera mounted outdoor - this saves time and effort not having to remove the battery for charging - ability to manage the devices from my iPad, iPhone and Laptop - ability to use with Alexa
