I quickly sank down so that I could feel the hard chair under me. This is not a firm cushion that holds its shape.

Great communication on their part. I was offered a refund. My package was lost in the mail and got damaged. Seller allowed me to still keep the cologne even tho it got damaged in the mail. I will definitely recommend this seller. They care about the consumer and did everything to fix the problem. Highly recommended and I will do business again.
