Delivery of item was not received even after being marked as delivered, and originally my review was not looking positive. However, after getting in touch with the seller they issued a refund and made corrected the issue. In their defence the couriers used can be challenging at times. And in this case it was an issue with the courier rather than the seller. If there are alternative courier options such as the reliable larger companies I would use this seller again.
