Way better than the sleeve, and it works great to limit further injury.
The best product on the market to be able to do any athletic activity without worrying about doing further damage to your injured muscle. Muscles are kept warm and compressed and the likelihood of further hurting yourself is limited. The Velcro and self-adjusting is way better than a sleeve. The sleeve, no matter how tight it is, will slide down your leg. It's also difficult to pull it up your leg since you must take off your shoes. Not so with this product. The Velcro version of this product goes on in 2 seconds and can be as tight as you prefer. Clean under hot water and mild dish detergent. Air dry.
