    Hello, I'm extremely sorry to hear this. I actually do packing for a Sr.Movers Co. so they were packed professionally as we always do. The protocol is to ship back for any refund to happen but in this case, with dishes, doesn't make much sense. So please send clear photos and I will proceed with a partial refund when I can verify damage with shipper.
