I had never encountered that before. The packaging for shipping was great. I will definitely keep an eye on their merchandise. I would gladly recommend to anyone else.

I asked for a refund and then there was a reply the seller stating the bag had been shipped, but could not provide a tracking number or carrier. It took a week to get the bag. It arrived in new packaging from Amazon.
